From Couch Potato to Running 5K

So, you have finally decided to take your heiny of the couch and get into shape.

Good for you!

Even this simple resolution is not easy to come by as many folks as yourself just dismiss this essential issue as another item on their to-do list, a list they never get by to, although they swear to god they will very soon, while devouring a glazed doughnut and watching a cheesy reality show.

But, as you know, reaching the decision and acting upon it are 2 totally different things. Unlike the common thinking, admitting there’s a problem, which in your case is couch potatoness, does NOT take you half the way toward resolving the problem, which is getting in shape. It’s merely a baby step in very very long journey.

So unless you are doing something that cannot be postponed, just drop everything and start getting in shape right NOW!

AsĀ  Napoleon Hill once said: “Do not wait; the time will never be just right. Start where you stand, and work with whatever tools you may have at your command, and better tools will be found as you go along”.

This great quote definitely applies here – just get started with your workout, show consistency and eventually the results will come.
